- Official minimum wage:
Starting of the 1/5/2008, the official minimum wage of the monthly salaries is 500.000 L.L.
We add to the basic salary that the employee receives an amount of 200.000 L.L. that represents the increased cost of living, starting the 30/4/2008.
The expected salary increases in the context of a contract, a system, in the documents, in the administrative data or through consensual agreement that were given throughout the 3 past years until the publication of the decree and that encompass all the employees without exception, will be taken into consideration in a way that: - The increases shouldn’t be reduced if they exceed the expected increases - The employee should benefit from the difference in case the increase is inferior to the one expected.
We exclude from the computation of the expected increases, the merit salary increases, technical increases or the increases mentioned in the collective work contract (Decree number 500- Official Gazette number 42 - 16/10/2008). The daily transportation fees of the employees that abide by the labor law was modified to 8.000 L.L. to be given to the employee for every effective working day. (Decree number 501- Official Gazette number 42 - 16/10/2008).
The temporary transportation fees of the civil servants are 8000 L.L for every effective presence. (…) This decree will be adopted at the beginning of the month following the publication date. (Decree number 538- Official Gazette number 42 - 12/10/2008).
- Yearly registration (mécanique) fees and municipal fees: Late fees of the yearly registration (mécanique) fees and municipal fees will be reduced by 90% if payed before 31/12/2008 - Official Gazette number 43 - 20/10/2008 (law number 40 dated October 16th 2008). |
